Welcome to Gymza AI. We are committed to protecting the personal information of gym owners and their members who use our application. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Gymza AI is an independent gym management application developed by Alok Singraur, an independent developer based in India. The app is designed to help gym owners manage their members, track revenue, and access AI-powered fitness coaching.

We collect the following categories of data when you use Gymza AI:

We use the data we collect only for the following legitimate purposes:

• To provide and operate the Gymza AI application and its features
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account
• To sync your gym data securely to the cloud for backup and recovery
• To generate AI-powered fitness and diet coaching responses
• To process your subscription payments
• To generate monthly revenue PDF reports for your gym
• To send you important service-related notifications
• To respond to your support requests

Gymza AI offers subscription plans (Basic and Pro) processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

What happens during payment:

• When you make a payment, you are redirected to Razorpay's secure payment interface
• Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, and bank account details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure servers
• Gymza AI does NOT store your card details, bank account numbers, or UPI credentials on our servers at any time
• We only receive a payment confirmation token from Razorpay to activate your subscription

Refund Policy: Subscription payments are non-refundable unless there is a verified technical error preventing access to paid features. For refund requests, contact us within 48 hours of payment.

Gymza AI integrates Google Gemini AI to provide personalized fitness coaching. Here's how your data is handled:

• The prompts (questions) you send to the AI Coach are transmitted securely to Google Gemini via our Firebase Cloud Functions backend
• Your Gemini API key is never exposed to the client app — it is stored securely in Google Secret Manager on our server
• AI prompts and responses are NOT stored or logged by Gymza AI on our servers
• Google Gemini may process your prompt data in accordance with their terms of service
• Each AI response costs a certain number of AI Tokens from your subscription allowance

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Specific retention timelines:

You have the right to delete your account and associated data at any time. Here's how our deletion process works:

How to delete your account:

• Open Gymza AI → Settings (menu icon) → Help & Support → Delete Account
• Confirm your decision in the confirmation dialog

What happens after deletion:

• Your login credentials are immediately and permanently removed from Firebase Authentication
• Your gym data (members, settings, revenue history) is marked as deleted in our database
• Your data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our servers after 30 days

We take the security of your data very seriously and implement the following measures:

• Encryption in Transit: All data between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Encryption at Rest: Your data stored in Google Firebase Firestore is encrypted at rest by Google
• Secure API Keys: Sensitive keys (like the Gemini AI key) are stored in Google Secret Manager and never exposed in the app code
• Authentication: We use Firebase Authentication which supports multi-factor options including OTP verification
• Access Control: Each user can only access their own gym's data — cross-account access is technically impossible

Gymza AI is designed for use by gym owners and fitness professionals. The app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at helpfromdeveloper@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

As a user of Gymza AI, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to Rectification: Update or correct your personal information directly in the app Settings
• Right to Erasure: Delete your account and all associated data (see Section 8)
• Right to Portability: Request an export of your data by contacting us
• Right to Object: Object to certain uses of your data by contacting us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons.
